for Farmers and Growers
All exhibitors and vendors must be approved to exhibit and market at
the Riverside Arts Market (RAM).
This is not a Reservation Form. Reservation Forms will be sent upon
approval.
There are two ways to send in
your application to exhibit at RAM:

email application, you are agreeing that you
- have
read and understand the Farmer and Grower Guidelines.
- understand
that the Market reserves the right to limit or discontinue the
participation of an artist at any time.
- understand
that you are responsible for adhering to all relevant government
regulations, e.g. health codes, licenses, and grower’s certificates.
- release,
forever discharge, and hold harmless the City of Jacksonville,
Riverside Arts Market LLC, and Riverside Avondale Preservation, Inc.,
of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims, and demands
whatsoever in law or in equity from any loss or damage to property of
the undersigned while participating in or with the Riverside Arts
Market, its agents, representatives, or employees.
- consent
to enforcement of all Market rules.
- understand
that no refunds shall be made for early closing of the Market.
- understand
that damage may occur due to weather or Acts of God over which there is
no control, and that the risk and/or loss from such an event will be
born by the exhibitor.
- give
Riverside Arts Market permission for photos or depiction of my work
accepted by Riverside Arts Market, to be used for Market promotional
purposes.

Please note:
We realize that emailing us your credit card information poses little
risk but is not absolutely secure, which it will be once our Virtual
Merchant system is set up in a week or so. Unfortunately, we cannot
wait for that system to be implemented. If you feel uncomfortable with
sending your credit card info via email, then just send us your
application by email, and call our office at

your credit card number on the telephone. Or,
